welcome!
Hi, I'm Esther, currently studying Fine Arts at the University of the Arts in Berlin.
This blog is about failing in everyday life, a bit of art here and there but most of all about me and what happens in my mind. Or what failing in everyday life does to my mind, or how my mind makes me fail in everyday life. And, not quite so explicitly, but sort of implicitly - what art has to do with it all.
Please forgive all the supposedly unnecessary text. I have too much on my mind and mean no harm.

Just been thinking
You never learn from experiences unless they’re painful. The good news is, in time you learn* to simply ignore the pain acknowledgingly** and proceed directly to the learning part. Yahoo for painful experiences. Gotta love ya. The End. *Pun intended … continue reading
On clouds and bridges
These pretty much sum up my day yesterday. Chaotic, good, bad, horrible, frustrating, boring, exciting, and everything in between. Gah. (Also seen as my new twitter background. Now you know.)
A matcha morning
It’s a sort of dreary day today, and my photo editing skills seem to be reflecting that; I just uploaded this photo again, having decided that it was definitely mimicking that (the dreary day) a bit too obviously. I really … continue reading
Peace and harmony
May I say how thankful I am to be me? Just me, nobody else. I love myself. I’m happy, I love what I do, who I am, the way I do what I do, the person I have become and … continue reading
